Nanny don't stress me out

 I take care of my baby for the first two months with no help. Well, not an easy job. I used to do all the work like cleaning, cooking and washing, but at the end of the day I was dead tired. When I went back to work, I hired a nanny.

The FIRST Nanny, was 23 yrs old. She has 2 kids and a mountain girl. She was rough to my  baby. It seems like she doesn't know how to take care children or she is not the one taking care of  her child. Some of the mountain parents don't know how to take care their children properly.They just leave their children outside with no shirt or pants to wear while the parents go to gamble. They have no Doctors to give them proper instructions of taking care a baby. It makes me scared to get a Nanny from the mountain. Aside of her ridiculous child's care skill, she was  irresponsible in the house and never care at all.The house was dirty and messy. The longer I have waited the more it gets worse, so I gave up on her. 

So back to square one. A new Nanny came.Things worked good because the Nanny took good care of everything. The  house was organized a little.its nice coming home in a clean house. She was good to the baby and she could cook food. The clothes was properly washed, and everything is done at time.I didn't have problem when I go home because everything was organized. She was gentle to chiki, and it made me feel confident having her in the house. I was not worried to leave chiki with her. I thought she was the best nanny but all of the sudden she turned into such a slacker. She always took a day off on the weekend which was okay but then she tried took a day off during the week which was really ridiculous because I had to take emergency leave to my work. It made it hard to go to work. it was impossible to make things run smooth in life. I had been patient with her because I knew she was pregnant. I had to deal with all her crappy things. She was enormously stubborn pain in the ass. The longer I have waited the more it gets worse. She left one day and never comes back. I had no one else  to watch for my child because mom was busy at that time so I had to take  whole weekdays off.

Started the whole process again. I Hired a new Nanny was much mature,older and responsible enough to care the child. To make the story short .She was very nice to my child and she was doing a good job but 3 weeks later She left and never comes back. I thought she just went home to visit her family because that was she said. it was another horrible experienced. 

 Finally we hired two girls in the house so both two of them can watch chiki. Just in case one of them wants to go home, someone can still watch chiki. The older girl's job has to watch chiki and only to take care the baby, The other young girl's job has to clean the house. she is responsible for cooking and washing the clothes.Now, It's nice to have two people in the house because they can help each other.Its seems easier to manage.I expect that things will get it done as there are no excuses the task can't be done because they have so much time to do it. That's a good thing having two helpers.
