We encourage other mothers to get involved and have a wonderful time in our group. The Cebuplaygroup was created to provide a support system for mothers living in Cebu. We strive to encourage ourselves and other mothers to grow their relationship with their children.
Our intention is to bring positive energy to cope with stress, and increase confidence to tackle the daily challenges of parenting. The group can provide a fresh perspective on parenting, encouragement of potentials and determination to succeed, recommendation of places and travel, activities for moms and kids, and an overall sense of fulfillment with the added bonus of a touch of wisdom. It’s a group that we can enjoy for personal growth as well as develop a community of like-minded mothers. We can exchange creative ideas and expand on the journey of motherhood. Participating in playdates can create a good community for our children’s development and progress towards environmental interaction and social interaction to promote learning. We embrace diversity. Children from different cultures and ethnicity can help each other to appreciate the richness of the world and build friendship .We are making room for moms to discover new things about us, and mothering. We talk and listen without passing judgment. Joining a group, whether it’s mom’s group , playgroup of moms and kids, a fitness class club, or another type of group provides a chance to meet new people, explore new ideas and activities, participate in a cause, or simply relax and have fun. We all wanted a place to be with other moms like us.
